Through the planning and implementation of IBM identity management solutions, a government organization reduced account impersonation, excessive permissions and accounts remaining active beyond their authorized period.
Automating the account lifecycle aligned accounts with employee and contractor hiring processes. It also helped reduce inappropriate permissions and access by users who should no longer have active accounts. Improving backup management
A multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare company hired Delta IT Solutions to upgrade and improve its backup platform, given low backup effectiveness and the risks of data loss and lack of auditing.
The upgrade improved backup run times and the availability of backed-up information. The project also strengthened auditing through new reports and processes designed for the organization. The client rated the work 4.5 out of 5.0 and expressed interest in continuing to work with Delta IT Solutions.
Visibility of software installed across the organization
An energy company in Paraguay relied on Delta IT Solutions to implement provisioning and remote control solutions, so it could see and manage the software installed across its organization.
According to the client, the main benefit was easily getting information on how many programs were installed and seeing which ones were used most.
